Colourful merch for a bright future

The Lottery Corporation are leaders in the Australian lotteries market, and one of the highest performing lottery businesses globally.

 

Following a demerger from Tabcorp in 2022, we were asked to develop a staff gifting program to launch their new brand with a bang. The brief was to go colourful and bold whilst keeping sustainability front and centre.

The Merch

We wanted to deliver a range of merch that is sustainable, functional, and most importantly, looks amazing.

Our design team developed a range of bright and colourful custom vegan leather items to reflect TLC’s rainbow colour palette. These include laptop sleeves and tech cases which are both premium and functional.

Delivering on the sustainability brief, we chose bamboo fibre keep cups, recycled totes, and a range of drink bottles.

To top it off, we designed and manufactured custom gift boxes with a welcome message from the CEO on the lid.

Custom ordering portal

Being mindful of waste and wanting to enable The Lottery Corporation team members to curate their own merch pack, we created an online ordering portal. The system is self-service allowing colleagues to login, order merch, arrange delivery and report on consumption and inventory levels.

Picked, packed and delivered

Once the orders were collated, our fulfilment team got to work and packed over 1,000 personalised kits ready to distribute across the country. We consolidated packs based on office location and shipped them ready for the brand launch.

And the end result?

 

The Lottery Corporation are committed to delivering thrilling moments to Aussies every day – including their colleagues. Working side-by-side, we built a campaign which celebrates the talent and contribution of The Lottery Corporation team during an exciting new chapter.

 

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive particularly regarding the ordering portal which supports personalisation and waste reduction. As a result of the successful launch campaign, TLC are continuing to offer new starter welcome packs as a regular activity.
